With the order in any form, these terms shall be applied by the buyer for the whole duration of the business relation

All our prices quoted ex works and are in Canadian dollars. Prices include packaging and exclude sales taxes and
shipment costs charged additionally once an order is complete. The minimum order amount is $100 and applies to
distributors only. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

| Delivery |

All orders within Canada are shipped by Canada Post. An order is normally delivered within 5 working days.

All items sold are non-returnable. If any item is received damaged
or defective, it should be reported in written form within 5 days after receipt of goods for replacement.
